When Double Dare came on as the ring master for Tigers & Dragons, Kids Around the World (KAW) was a little known society with a big dream to start a "hands-on" children's museum in Vancouver. As an introduction to the Vancouver community, KAW wanted to lauch a proof-of-concept traveling exhibit. Double Dare worked closely with KAW to develop an engaging concept sketch and a portable "museum-in-a-box" that helped them rally financial support for their cause. With a focus on the world's two most populace countries, China & India, Double Dare created engaging exhibits to introduce children to aspects of daily life in Asia. A Chinese Market, a "Dress Up" area, and other interactve stations give children an opportunity to explore and role play in a stimulating educational environment. Tigers & Dragons was visited by 700+ enthusiastic guests on it's opening day in July 2006. Children surprised parents and staff with average visits lasting over an hour, while playing at some individual exhibits in excess of 45 minutes. That's what we call a roaring success!
